- ➤ Chandler’s Code Enforcement Resident Academy offers three free sessions this spring to teach residents about code enforcement and neighborhood upkeep, scheduled on Tuesday, May 12, 19, and 26 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at Sunset Library (4930 W. Ray Road). City of Chandler
