- ➤ Galbi is an all-you-can-eat Korean barbecue and hot pot restaurant in north Chandler on a restaurant row at the southwest corner of Warner and Dobson roads (phone: 480-604-3995). EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ On Monday, Gov. Katie Hobbs signed three bills — one requiring schools to limit cell phone use to educational or emergency purposes with procedures for parent contact — and another banning ultra processed foods in school meal programs. The new measures will affect schools that receive federal meal program funding. 12 News
- ➤ Camp Invention, a national nonprofit summer enrichment program, will offer two camps at St. Mary-Basha Catholic School in Chandler. The Discover camp will run June 9 to 13 and the Wonder camp will run June 16 to 20, each costing $290 per child for kids in grades K to 6 and leaders-in-training in grades 7 to 9.
