The Chandler Unified Governing Board honored the Basha Indoor Percussion Ensemble on May 7 for reaching the finals of a national competition in Ohio—where they placed 13th overall.

Under Miles Denny’s direction, the ensemble is the first Scholastic Open group from Arizona to make finals in Winter Guard International events.
