- ➤ Visit Chandler launched the free Choose Chandler Summer Pass, a digital guide offering evening dining, drinks, desserts and events until Sept. 8 to help locals enjoy summer nights. EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ The Chandler Unified Governing Board approved a contract with Chasse Building Co. on May 6 to improve traffic flow at Weinberg Gifted Academy in Gilbert using nearly $2M from two property tax pools. The project will update outdated parking and drop-off areas. Chandler Independent
- ➤ Education Forward Arizona will absorb the Arizona Business & Education Coalition’s programs to boost career awareness starting in middle school, and the merger is expected to complete by the end of June — the combined effort will strengthen local advocacy as industries continue to grow. 12 News
