The Original Pancake House opened in the former Egg N’ Joe spot at Fulton Ranch Towne Center on the southwest corner of Arizona Avenue & Ocotillo Road next to CAVA Mediterranean.

The menu features ethnic pancakes and classic breakfast dishes made with fresh butter, cream and grade AA eggs.

Chandler High unveiled a plaque on May 26 to honor Willie Arbuckle and three other Black students who first attended the school after desegregation in 1949 (the district also recognized four additional pioneers).

This ceremony marks a historic milestone in the school’s progress in education.

On May 4, Mayor Kevin Hartke read a proclamation at a study session commemorating April 30 Officer Farrar Remembrance Day & honoring Officer Chris Farrar, who died in the line of duty in 2021 when his cruiser was hit head-on by a suspect vehicle.
