Milkshake Factory has opened its first Arizona location in south Chandler at a center on the northeast corner of Alma School and Chandler Heights roads (4955 S.
Alma School Road, Suite No. 4955-13) in a former gift shop space. The Pittsburgh-based chain offers over 20 hand-spun milkshakes including non-dairy options and the Campfire S’Mores shake and operates daily from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
🏛️ Government
Gov. Katie Hobbs vetoed a bill last week to ban China from owning Arizona land and now wants the Legislature to approve a revised version of the bill.
The governor said the updated law is needed to address concerns with foreign ownership and protect local land interests.
