- ➤ On June 10, a federal grand jury in Phoenix indicted Chandler residents Jose Sarinana, 42 and Abran Villa, Jr., 40—charging them with assaulting, resisting, and impeding federal officers during a June 1 immigration operation when FBI and ICE agents stopped a vehicle. Chandler Independent

- ➤ Chandler City Council approved the fiscal year 2025-2026 Budget and the 2026-2035 Capital Improvement Program with $783.2 million for operations & $845.7 million for capital projects that include lower property taxes for a tenth year in a row.
