- ➤ A Maricopa County Superior Court judge said on Friday he will decide next week if law enforcement must stop seizing certain hemp products as the case continues. Lawyers for the state and the Hemp Industry Trade Association cross-examined witnesses in the hearing—highlighting the debate over whether edibles, vapes and drinks are legal under the 2018 U.S. farm bill.
