- ➤ Police in Chandler said a woman died and a man was taken into custody after a shooting Friday afternoon when officers answered a domestic disturbance call near Arizona Avenue + Chandler Boulevard. ABC 15
- ➤ During a traffic stop near Interstate 10 and Riggs Road, Chandler police found about 400 pounds of meth hidden with agricultural goods and arrested Claudio Hernández Pérez for transporting drugs for sale + the Arizona Department of Public Safety and National Security Investigations helped with the case. 12 News
- ➤ On Monday, Chandler police arrested Jer’hard Doane Duriso at his home in Mesa after his SUV fatally hit motorcyclist Obed Guadalupe Duarte-Leyva near Chandler Boulevard and Delaware Street last Friday — he fled the scene without stopping to help. KTAR
