- ➤ A new pickleball facility at Tumbleweed Park in Chandler announced its grand opening for Saturday, Sept. 6 exactly one year after the courts' groundbreaking. City officials will hold a ribbon cutting at 8:30 a.m.—and players can begin using the courts by 9 a.m. with instructors available until 11 a.m. KTAR
