- ➤ Waymo resumed its autonomous service in the Valley after a storm caused several vehicles to become stuck in floodwater—company checks will ensure vehicles are safe for future rides. The firm paused operations during heavy weather and has now returned to normal service. 12 News

- ➤ Tremble Clefs Arizona, a choir group that gives music therapy to people with Parkinson’s, will host a free benefit concert at 1 p.m. on Nov. 15 at the Jewish Community Center in Scottsdale—celebrating over 31 years of service with more than 70 members including participants from Chandler and led by music director Dr. Sun Joo Lee. - ➤ The Chandler City Council received a report on the homelessness program and reviewed service numbers for people using hotel and motel placements, noting results from recent months. The council approved nearly $1 million in spending—$450,000 to Gajanan, LLC and $525,000 to Metro Zona Hospitality—to support two facilities with one-year contract amendments. Chandler Independent
