The free event runs from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and will feature a costume parade with glow‐in‐the‐dark souvenirs for walkers 12 and under, trunk‐or‐treat with over 300 pounds of candy, carnival games, and a Halloween dance party. - ➤ Registered Chandler voters are encouraged to vote in the upcoming Special Election by returning ballots via mail — ballots must be received by 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 4, and the County recommends mailing by Oct. 28 or using drop boxes at Chandler City Hall, the Unified School District Office, or Sun Lakes Fire Station 232 beginning Oct. 8. Voters needing a replacement ballot may pick one up at these locations from Oct. 27 to Oct. 31 or on Nov. 3, and requests by mail are accepted until 5 p.m. on Oct. 24. City of Chandler
