A three-year, $180,000 grant from the Dignity Health Foundation East Valley has allowed Chandler Unified to place certified athletic trainers in its seven middle schools to provide on-site injury care and health lessons to student athletes—supporting both immediate treatment and preventive care—while school officials plan to seek continued support after the grant ends.
