REAL ESTATE NEWS
- ➤ Lincoln Property Company announced that it bought a 191,000-square-foot data center on 14.5 acres at 2500 W. Frye Road in west Chandler and will upgrade the vacant halls to add 16 megawatts of capacity, with an initial 4.2 megawatts scheduled for early in the first quarter of 2026—replacing the cooling system could save up to three million gallons of water each month. The facility, featuring confirmed utility power and four data center halls (one leased to a Fortune 500 company), is set to boost Chandler’s attractive data center market. Chandler Independent
