REAL ESTATE NEWS

  • KHovnanian Homes has proposed building 107 homes on 18.64 acres along Basha Road and says the old water tower is unsafe. Some neighbors want to keep the historic tower — the City Council will review the proposal in December — as they worry that more homes may lead to tougher traffic and safety issues near the park.  Chandler Arizonan
