Sunrise on Camelback

About this event

We'll tackle one of Phoenix's most iconic hikes, climbing steep, rocky terrain to reach some of the best views in the Valley. This one will get your heart pumping, your legs burning, and leave you feeling pretty darn accomplished before most people have even had their morning coffee!

But we're not just hiking to the summit.

Once we reach the top, Pauline will guide us through a short breathwork exercise and intention setting practice. A chance to catch your breath, soak in the views, and think about what you want to bring into your life.

What to Expect

Echo Canyon is a short but demanding hike with steep climbs, rocky terrain, and sections that require using your hands to scramble up rocks.

Previous hiking experience is required. This adventure is best for women who are comfortable with steep elevation gains and technical terrain.

At the summit, we'll take time for a short guided breathwork and intention setting session before heading back down.

What to Bring

• Plenty of water and electrolytes

• Hiking shoes with excellent traction

• Snacks for the summit

• Sunscreen and a hat

• A headlamp for the early morning start

Parking & Meeting Location

We'll meet at the Echo Canyon Trailhead near the bathrooms .

Parking is limited and fills up quickly, so please arrive at least 15 minutes early. Carpooling is highly encouraged!
