About this event
Hi there everyone! Welcome to 2026, and our second year of working through the Crash Course lessons. Our hosts are Alex Zygmunt and Richard Dewey.
For each event we will discuss one video from the CrashCourse Philosophy series. For this meeting, please watch: Poverty & Our Response to It: Crash Course Philosophy #44
In case you'd like to look ahead, here is the Entire 46 Lesson Playlist . The videos are each only about 10 minutes long, but please dig into the topics a little and bring your thoughts and questions.
Our discussion will be specific to the topic of the video for the meeting. Please keep your comments or questions germane to the topic. Also, practice the 10 Commitments of Humanism , share the air, and allow grace and respect to fellow attendees.
This is a Bring Your Own Beverage event. HSGP does not sell or vend alcoholic drinks. Should you like to share, this would be encouraged.
These events will occur twice monthly on Sunday evenings, from 4pm - 6pm, on weekends when there is not a Sunday Speaker event (some scheduling adjustments apply, so please check Meetup or HSGP.org ).
Join us for fun, discussion, and a tickling-of-the-brain learning experience!
Listed by Meetup: Eloy, AZ and Meetup: Mesa, AZ, gathered by the Chandler events calendar.
