Beginner Choreography (Adults) This class is designed for adult beginners who want to build confidence and groove while learning choreography. While the movement itself isn’t always simple, the pace of the class is intentionally slower to help you absorb, retain, and execute with clarity. We break things down in detail, run foundational drills, and focus on quality over quantity — finishing class with a short, digestible combination each week. You’ll move to a range of music genres including hip hop, house, and R&B, with tempos that shift from smooth and slow to fast and energetic. Expect to explore foundational hip hop vocabulary, develop your musicality, and start building the tools you'll need to grow as a dancer in any style.
