Love Physio Yoga but want to turn up the heat? Try our Infrared Physio Flow to combine all of the benefits of infrared light therapy with our Physio Yoga 3-Step process. This class is similar to the fundamentals class but will have a little extra movement and an infrared temperature set to 100-105 degrees and a humidity level of 40-50%.
