About this event
This class is geared more toward the restorative practitioner with the availability to use props or not as students see fit. It is a quiet, softer class with moving only to change sides after a 3-5 minute comfortable hold in each posture. This is practiced in our second yoga room which has no connected heat or air conditioning.
