About this event

This is an intermediate+ 90-minute class. Refine your basics and add to your repertoire of choreography skills. In this class you will build stamina, fine tune movement quality and musicality. This class focuses on the Russian Exotic style of pole dance with new pathways taught weekly. Immediately following is an opportunity to film choreography in the 30 minute content class. Choreography is built for platform heels and are highly encouraged. PREREQUISITE: Pirouette, all grips, basic climb, pole sit, fan kick, safe invert, at least three intermediate Flow Magnetic classes.
