About this event
This class is everything you love about our Full Body Lagree, but with more focus on working the upper body. We spend 30-35 minutes on upper-body work - shoulders, back, chest, biceps, triceps, and core. We round out with a shorter, more intense set of lower body. As always, everything we do is modifiable.
