Ask AI to design something for your business and you'll get something that looks fine, but just like everyone else's: the same purple-gradient website, the same glossy, too-perfect AI image, the same swoosh logo, the same “Elevate your business” headline on every flyer and social post. Now that anyone can make a logo, a flyer, a pitch deck, or a full website in an afternoon, looking generic is the fastest way to get scrolled past. If your brand can't show what makes you different, your customers can't see it either.

Raj Shah is a Design Engineer who has designed and built products for Fortune 500 companies like Verizon and Walmart, and B2B SaaS platforms with successful acquisitions like Urbint. He'll explain why AI tools all default to the same look, and how to steer them toward something that actually feels like your business. Then he'll do it live. He'll take a real attendee's brand from generic to distinctive in about 25 minutes, across their website and marketing materials, and the room will vote on the direction.

You don't need to code or be a designer to get value from this session. The most important part happens before the AI makes a single thing: knowing what makes your brand “yours” and putting it into words. You'll learn to spot “AI slop” on sight, whether it's a website, a logo, a social post, or a pitch deck, and to give any AI tool the references and direction it needs. You'll leave with a one-page Brand Brief and prompt kit that works in ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, Claude Code, or whichever tool you already use.

Raj has a decade of experience as a Product Designer/Design Engineer and now leads Ship AI Studio's Creative Practice for Brand/Product Design and Creative Workflow Automation. He also teaches workshops at Workuity for AI builders to create world-class design and creative output.
