About this event
This is an intermediate 60-minute class. Refine your basics and add to your repertoire of choreography skills. This class utilizes all styles of LowFlow with new dance pathways taught weekly. In this class you will build stamina, learn more advanced grips and holds, fine tune movement quality and musicality. Safely progress into more advanced basework tricks leading up to safely inverting. Pole heels are not required but highly encouraged. PREREQUISITE: Pirouette, basic climb, pole sit, fan kick and at least three beginner Bliss classes.
