Sunday Dance

About this event

Sunday Dance is an ecstatic/conscious dance-mindful-movement experience. Each session begins with a gentle warm-up, slowly building connection as we drop into our centered selves. Music (sometimes live) builds in tempo, allowing for a full arc of movement and release, culminating in stillness. We end each session with a thoughtful closing circle to support full integration of the experience. Our practice is based on the teachings of Gabrielle Roth (5R), and inspired by the participation of each dancer. There is so much depth to this practice that experiencing a full session is recommended.

Arrive on time so that we can begin creating our sacred space together. Class Fee $25.00 - $30.00 or PayPal : Sunday Dance AND cash at the door A monthly class pass is available at the beginning of each month. $70.00 for the month. These are limited; first come, first served.
